Bowman Osteopathy

Mobile osteopath for home visits in Northamptonshire and Warwickshire

As an osteopath, my job is to get you more mobile, with less pain or stiffness, and returning to the activities you enjoy. I will listen to you and talk about your symptoms, and based on this and what I find when I examine you, come up with a diagnosis and an explanation of what is causing your pain. Treatments are hands-on, non-invasive and effective.

I will give you a timescale of how long it might take to resolve your problem, and give advice on how to avoid future issues. For ongoing problems like arthritis, we will talk about how to manage your symptoms and maximise your mobility.

Please call for a chat about my treatments, or to ask any questions about how I can help.

Why see a mobile osteopath?

I have all the training and experience of clinic-based osteopaths, but I want to reach people who wouldn’t be able to get to a clinic. Unique benefits are

  • being treated in your own home - more relaxed for everyone, and particularly important for people who can’t easily leave the house

  • less time spent for you travelling and in waiting rooms

  • no childcare arrangements needed - I work around children every day!

  • longer appointments - usually an hour for first appointments, 45 minutes for follow up

  • Out-of-hours appointments - as well as weekends and evenings, I have appointments on most bank holidays.

The areas I cover

  • Daventry - including Long Buckby, Woodford Halse, Weedon, Nether Heyford, Flore, Braunston, Byfield

  • Northampton - including Bugbrooke, Crick, Kislingbury, Harpole, Blisworth, Milton Malsor

  • Southam - including Napton

  • Towcester - including Green’s Norton

I can travel further afield, but will charge extra travel time.

“Thanks to Elizabeth's expertise my arthritic knees now have greater flexibility and I am back to enjoying my regular walks and exercise.”
