“Elizabeth is an excellent osteopath. She carefully checked my range of movement, identifying areas of pain and noting inflammation before she started to work on me.
Explaining each technique as she went along as well as the reason for doing what she was doing. My difficulty was one knee won't fully fold, Elizabeth told me to take the yoga child's pose, that I can't do due to pain, at the start of the session…..at the end of the session I tried the same pose again. Without strain or pain, the range of movement in my knee had increased by about 12cm.
So far Elizabeth has fixed a painful lower back and massively reduced the joint pain in my knee, along with decreasing the inflammation around the joint. Thank you so much 🙏”
