Bringing Osteopathic Treatment to Your Home

My aim as an osteopath is to help you move more easily, feel more comfortable, and return to the activities you enjoy. By offering home visits, I provide hands-on treatment in your own familiar environment.

Appointments

Before treatment begins, I take time to listen carefully to your symptoms and assess how they are affecting you. I will examine you, explain likely contributing factors, and outline how treatment may help.

Treatment is hands-on and tailored to your individual needs. I will give you a realistic indication of expected recovery times and provide practical advice to support improvement and reduce the risk of recurrence. For longer-term conditions such as arthritis, treatment focuses on symptom management and maintaining mobility to help you remain as active as possible.

If you would like to talk things through or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch. I am always happy to have an informal conversation and advise on whether osteopathic treatment may be helpful for you.

How I Help

Expert Care, Without Leaving Home

Enjoy high-quality osteopathic treatment in the comfort of your own home. There’s no travel, no waiting rooms - just calm, focused care in a place where you already feel relaxed.

Care That Fits Your Everyday Life

By seeing you in your own space, I can understand how you sit, work, and move day to day. This helps me tailor your treatment and offer practical advice that supports your recovery in real life, not just in the clinic.

Appointments That Work Around You

Your time is important. Home visits offer flexible appointment times and a more unrushed experience, so you can stay consistent with your care and feel supported every step of the way.

About Me

Why I Became an Osteopath

My journey into osteopathy began with a simple back problem. After going for a run, I developed back pain and, like many people do, searched online for treatment. A local osteopath’s website came up. I didn’t really know what osteopathy was at the time, but I decided to give it a try.

Why See a Mobile Osteopath?

I offer the same training, experience, and quality of care you would expect in a clinic - delivered in the comfort of your own home. Mobile osteopathy makes treatment more accessible, particularly if travelling is difficult or time-consuming.

A home visit means:

  • Being treated in a familiar, relaxed environment

  • No travel time, waiting rooms, or parking

  • No need to arrange childcare

  • Longer, unhurried appointments

  • Flexible times, including evenings, weekends, and most bank holidays

It’s high-quality osteopathic care, designed to fit more easily into everyday life.
