Headaches and osteopathy: can neck problems contribute?

Headaches can be exhausting, and there are many different types and possible causes. Some headaches can be associated with the neck, including tension or restricted movement in the muscles and joints.

Osteopathy may help with headaches arising from the neck, using hands-on techniques alongside advice about movement, posture and self-management. If your assessment suggests that your headache may have another cause, I can advise you about seeking appropriate medical care.
