Carpal tunnel syndrome?

If you sometimes have tingling or numb fingers and an aching  hand or wrist, especially at night, there’s a simple (but not foolproof!) test to see if it might be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: gently push the back of your hand into a wall for up to a minute. If the tingling or ache come back or gets worse, it might be CTS.

People with CTS who I’ve treated include carpenters, hairdressers, knitters, cyclists and painters.

Osteopathy combines hands-on treatment with simple, practical advice to ease carpal tunnel symptoms. If you can’t make it to a clinic, pm me to see if a home visit might suit you better.
